How does Dr Vaidya’s Online Consultations work?

Just like when you visit the clinic, your online consultation will start with getting a medical history. The doctor will ask you questions regarding your problem to get a better understanding of the issue. This is followed by the doctor providing a detailed treatment plan that will include lifestyle, diet, and medical advice. You may be advised to come back after a few weeks for a follow-up.

Can I choose the doctor I want to get the online appointment with?

Yes. You are free to choose the doctor you feel most comfortable with during the appointment booking process. You should also be sure to select the same doctor for the follow-up appointment to get consistent and effective treatment.

Do I need to have the consultation with the webcam on?
